Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

The Gaming Shelf currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99.

Free UK delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur.

Please note that our 1–3 working day dispatch time is separate from Royal Mail's delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at thegamingshelfstore@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your tracking information indicates a problem with the delivery, please contact us at thegamingshelfstore@gmail.com and we will investigate.
